A sample flow: For years our family consumed our own oil; as we gifted it to guests, we kept hearing the same question: "where can I buy this?" Nobody knew where most of the oils on the market shelf came from. We did. Olivamore was born from the decision to write that knowledge on the bottle.
In the first year we filled a few hundred bottles from a single parcel. We're still small today, and we keep it that way as a feature: we taste every batch and write every label ourselves.
